You'll get to work with people who are extremely smart - like it happens in any consulting firm. The travel will be high and the company makes everything one will need to deliver better. Dislikes

The quality of delivery takes second preference to the deals closed. While there is significant help to close a sale, the same energy isn't reflected to help one to solve a difficult problem at the client location and the project manager is expected to solve on her/his own. The rules appear skewed for the people who have been with the system for 8+ years as compared to the people who have joined recently. This becomes apparent when confronted primarily with career growth. It almost appears as if loyalty is promoted and performance, rewarded. The salary structure has too many components that warrants one to look at it with a lens if one has to understand it and derive what one takes home as compared to the CTC....Read More
