Work pressure is high sometimes and have to attend calls out of working hours. Appreciation emails mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisals.

It Started of Well at the beginning, It has now deteriorated a Lot. Now a days people who can do Juggadd can Survive. Team-mates have now become very Insecure, I will blame the management to take the responsibility for creating such a mess. They changed the Environment from Great to Worst within last 3 years.
