We work systematically and in an organized way and we have team meetings before we start any task to discuss the dos and don'ts. So I like the way everything is done here. I am learning a lot of formal processes and professional ways of working things out.

Company has a very friendly and comfortable environment, it has a very flexible workings hours, everyone is very helpful, also sometime we go for office party.

Sometime salary get delay but that's once or twice in a year otherwise it's always on time and also it has lot more things to motivate like appraisal and certifications.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
