I feel happy with my work and seeing my progress as I learn something new every day. The work is demanding but engaging. People are also smart and I learned so much more than just my job. Seniors are also encouraging and give feedback which ahs helped me improve my performance

We have a progressive work culture. Performance is recognized and appreciated here, even in front of others. It's motivating and pushes employees to do their best. Mistakes are handled positively and maturely.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
