It's a new organisation when I joined, and my 1st job there was no any security more like you are bound for 1yr once you are recruited. Very good environment with the remaining staff and also management was understandable, harsh at times but reachable which I think is one of the best needed thing in any organisation. It was nice to work in Bloomers, made friends learned things gained experience.

Dislikes

It was difficult with the management in make them understand the requirment, even though as I mentioned reaching them was easy but making them listen is very hard most of time impossible. Not much to say little unorganised as mentioned even school was new we were learning together.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
