this company is shame to the word "company". Work Culture - So called Founding members have no idea what they are doing or what they want to do bunch of idiots I should call them,office politics is over the roof, sometimes it is even impossible to pass a day in the office so you can imagine. - There is no HR/HR department so you cannot post your problems anywhere or you cannot inquire anything. - Salary is never on time - Fired nearly 70 employees without any reason or notice - Refused to pay fnf amount for fired employees its been over 3 months and there is no one who will respond to you so yeah you can imagine the condition of those people - So overall I would call this as exploitation to the max extent or why not call this as harassment So I would sincerely request to all, Please do not even think about this "company" as you will be devastated And if those fired employees are not paid the respective amount till next month I will post the names of founders on linkedin,twitter and will even a police complaint. All 7 days, they might give you few hours on Sunday but they have a worst HR team. Every single decision is taken by CEO, if you are taking an off then you are supposed to come to office mark attendance and work when entire office has an off. 2- They have a bond system, if you leave then pay them or they will hold your salary. 3- They have 3 month notice period. 4- They pay less 5- They don't have a washroom, it's a public washroom to go. 6- They have a dirty pantry, mosquitos all around. 7- Poor team leader and management. 8- No employee friendly policy...Read More

Nothing to like about this company. It is run by fraudsters and unethical management . you are trapped once hired. A typical Lala company with management only to harass the people. They do not follow any process and policies are implemented on selected people, all at will. Quiet possible some people would have been threatened to give positive reviews.

You would have the worst experience of your life once you join them. Management would not pay your salaries at will, without any reasons. Never believe any promises done by them whether in written or verbal. In a year they would pocket your few month salaries and PLI. In short you would jeopardize you career here with these dishonest people . They can frame any kind of cases against you from code theft to female harassment to control you or harass you . They have never paid the Full and Final of any employee in the past and many have to sent legal notices to get their dues.
