The only good thing is that the job is remote and they have good number of clients in the EU region so the exposure to real world applications is there.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Unrealistic deadlines. They say it's 10am to 7pm but it extends to 10-11 pm sometimes. They have no respect for your time and availability, they keep sending work messages even as late as 1 AM. No concept of team, you'll do 90% of tasks alone and only 1 person will be kept above you to give reports to. No support from higher authorities. They will not provide any help even when you timely inform them. They expect you to do all your tasks by yourself no matter how much of a team task it may be. Worse salary than a maid. You will work for so long odd hours and they will give you a small fixed salary. The projects are easily worth 10 times of what they give you, a sole worker on it. They don't let you take exam leaves and ask you to work during evening instead. No work structure. No one will overlook you. Just one person who you have to report to. No work flow. No culture. You will only be speaking to anyone if it is work related. No other conversation. No appraisals, bonus etc nothing. No one with good skills. Since all employees are freshers and interns, the work is also just about that. No uniformity, no structure, no comments in the code that will be passed on to you. working here was the most horrible experience I have ever faced in a company. I did not receive the promised salary, dealing with unprofessional behaviour and being wrongfully terminated. this whole experience was a nightmare

No management, working hours are not fixed, team lead guide you nothing you are assigned in a project with a team lead but he will do nothing to help you have to do Everything on your own. Managers are dumb they will not listen to your problems and will not solve them they know nothing about technical. They just pick freelance projects and assign them to intern on probation period and ask them to complete that. They also give probation period to a employee at start which is completely a joke because you are not giving any type of training from day one you are giving the project and asking to complete that project on own then why do you need to give probation period does it make sense only because you have to give less salary....Read More

Nothing to like about, no culture, no timings, unrealistic demands they will give you a project as a freshers and expect to give best results in 7 days. They don't care if you are working late. They don't give leaves, The CEO, CTO, COO consider them as the king but can't even speak basic english.
