Company was quick to adopt WFH during pandemic, there is empowerment on execution

Too much reliance on people who are old employees. HR team has the final say in everything and restricts others (Departments) to take decision on building team culture or anything for that matter. No Work Life balance and they don't ask or take feedback

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

There is no Hr for the name sale only ... No hike.. No promotions High level politics Iam working here since 5 years Week hr team depends on high level managers

No value for the ground level staff but company survive on them in starting Blackbuck was very straight but now not management depends on high level managers, but they are not working on ground....hr not taken decisions as per hr only policy they're also depended on high level management
