Worst policy Worst management Worst culture BKFS HAS BEEN AQCUIRED BY ANOTHER COMPANY,BUT The management is not letting know anyone those are appear for interview. STRICTLY WE HAVE TO BE ON THE SEAT FOR 8.5 HOURS WORST COMPANY,SOME HOW IT IS RUNNING.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
