Bitpastel has given me the opportunity to learn form the very first day of joining. The Work environment is excellent, and I have received tremendous support form the company. I have learned a lot of things.

What I like most about Bitpastel is the learning opportunity and environment they provide to the employees and interns. Bitpastel is undoubtedly one of the best places to kick-start one's career. Second, comes the culture. No office politics, no drama, everyone help everyone to get things done. People are helpful, seniors are supportive, CEO himself is a positive-minded person, never seen him disrespect anyone in my 4 years. The vibes are really good here. Third I would like to mention the gifts we get on several occasions and other fun activities we get involved in. No startup is perfect, but the management is very much connected with the employees and helps to get things sorted. CEO himself looks after the employees and issues doesn't last long.
