I liked this company because i have worked with OYO rooms and my work is same in this company what i worked in OYO rooms that’s why.

Dislikes

There is not good management and no one there how to manage work. There is not a single customer who can say satisfied. No one.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
