Free meals, good colleagues, decent compensation

Dislikes

Clueless & poor management, no work life balance, director is useless, he does not value his staff, he does not have much idea about ground reality of support we provide and fears talking to our clients. He cannot take escalation calls. Most of us are not sure how was he hired since he has a bad reputation from his previous company Amazon. Also new changes are implemented and no information to us is provided to us whereas we are the people who face the client and when client comes with such a question, we go blank....Read More
