your work will not appreciate if you do not have good bonding with your manager They can go for legal case if they think that you can be threat to them, like i was working in marketing department when i left they were insecure and they filed case against me so they can destroy my career I have seen that they terminate people who served for almost 10 years and more

Colleagues are great and you will learn alot if you are willing to learn. Working hours are flexible.

A good company with few flaws in it. overall work environment is great. Some time during auctions schedule can be hectic but that is part and parcel of job.You will get a hefty bonus if you are able to deliver what is required

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
