Outwardly friendly employee, Monthly salary, although lower than others according to experiences, is avalilable.

Dislikes

Rubbish company, no growth possibility. Full of politics. The director is an extremely jealous female who only does micromanagement without any in-depth knowledge in laboratory works. Possibly she never worked during her backdoor PhD (through transfer from another institute) from a reputed institute, got (or grabbed) works done by project assistants. She lies, cheats and encourges the same and micromanagers in the company. He company resells Chinese and Russian products as made-in-India after changing the labels. Also her company is acting as distributor of major Chinese company (with a facade of USA base). Besides she takes away full profit (which is in lakhs) of any work done by any employee even if the work was done by the sole expenses of the employee (as she did not provide the necessary resources during emergency period like Covid lock down) by paying less than 1/4th salary (which is Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000)....Read More
