Biosite Research is an absolutely awful company. They consistently delay salary payments until the 19th or 20th of the month, or even later with flimsy excuses. They have a terrible track record of not paying vendors on time and then shift the blame onto employees. The clinical trials and practices are a mess, filled with unethical and fraudulent activities that trick study sponsors. No security of your job they terminates you any time because of their ego and wants employee works as per their rules. No matter rule and regulations for trials

No growth no promotion. Firstly they said you have to come mon to fri and sat for urgent basis but after joining they force you to come on sat also. But at office everyone's off on Saturday. No health security, they not give you your reimbursement they said we can give you but wa don't want .

PRIYA RANJAN and ADITI DATTA are the most terrible people one can see on earth. They don't even know the meaning of word SENSE when it comes to treating employees. Just a company which can give you the experience of how the HELL feel like on earth. Think more than you can before joining. If you don't have any feelings and can live like a robot, then u can consider joining it
