1. It is terrible work culture. 2. Greater urgency to work. 3. The salary is supposed to be paid on the 15th of every month but its consistently delayed. 4. The management team is ineffective, and the HR department is merely a puppet. 5. Payments to the site and other vendors are being withheld without any clear reason. 6. PF has been deducted from the salary, but it hasn't been credited to the EPFO account since September 2023. 7. There is no proper SOPs and training to the team....Read More

Biosite Research is an absolutely awful company. They consistently delay salary payments until the 19th or 20th of the month, or even later with flimsy excuses. They have a terrible track record of not paying vendors on time and then shift the blame onto employees. The clinical trials and practices are a mess, filled with unethical and fraudulent activities that trick study sponsors. To top it all off, they don’t pay employees their final settlements or provident fund dues. It’s a nightmare working there....Read More

Priyaranjan CEO is very rude and do not have manners. He will scold employees and misbehave whenever he will get opportunity. Job security is very low depends on his mood swings.

No security of your job they terminates you any time because of their ego and wants employee works as per their rules. No matter rule and regulations for trials

No growth no promotion. Firstly they said you have to come mon to fri and sat for urgent basis but after joining they force you to come on sat also. But at office everyone's off on Saturday. No health security, they not give you your reimbursement they said we can give you but wa don't want .

They will feed you fake promises while joining.

Dislikes

1.No proper documentation of any data or information. (Also they are proud of that) 2. The hold employees salaries and F&F higher or entry positions and has justification for it. 3. They deduct pf from your salary timely but doesn't put it in your epfo portal. 4. The salary structure is 15th of every month holding your 15 days of salary, which they don't mention while joining. 5. Their employment policy is nothing according to the labour law be it be leaves, employee wellbeing, medical kit etc. 6. They don't pay their dues with their vendors and the HR or acts team need to listen to all the blames. 7. Their is no work culture or environment. They will expect you to work after your working hrs in your personal time and will put it up in a way that you are asking for something more. 8. No proper chain of management. 9. All the agreements and documents are totally biased to the employer and that employees have no benefits or growth in the company apart from the salary which is also uncertain.
