My Supervisor was great and was very supportive. Kuddos to her. Other than that nothing is good in the company.

1) Business manager, Miss Riddhi has serious trust issues. No respect towards the employees. She has the habit of self assuming things and situations to which she links what happens in the future. 2) The HR, Miss Hetal is very good friends with Miss Riddhi (not an issue at all with the friendship) but the discussion which should have been kept between the HR and the employee was known to Miss Riddhi. 3) Miss Riddhi would point out minor grammatical mistakes in between the chats on the professional channel and would pin point the employees’ language even though her hold on English language is not even impressive. When you hire people from different backgrounds and culture, there is always some difference, and I think that should embraced as the candidate is always ready to learn 4) The HR is very rude and has the habit of giving repeated warnings for minor issues. 5) Employees never had issues with the work, the work is great but the environment is very toxic. 6) Maximum of the work force have resigned because of this behaviour. 7) Holidays were never granted to people who were really sick and who have had family issues. They were forced to compensate. 8) When an employee would ask request to work from home, she would tell the team leader to give more work. 9) Miss Riddhi has no knowledge about how the teams are working and what pressure they are going through. She would agree to the ambitious timelines given by the clients and then force the team to give out quantitative results rather than qualitative. 10) Unprofessionalism on the floor, talking rudely when the employees complained about bad internet connection *No idea how the founders of the company are ignoring such behaviour*...Read More
