I am working since 2.5 years and so on. enjoying my work here the training done with jasmit so helpful. every 4th Saturday we are having CRA workshop which is so helpful. Thankful to my managers and also lead for giving such opportunity to grow more and more with my knowledge and experience. this is the place where you can explore you self.

In this situation they are shutdown their navi Mumbai unit without giving any proper written notice to our employees and today all the employees are jobless and company not taking any responsiblity and did not provide any additional compensation in this situation

They pay you well. They give freshers a good opportunity.

Dislikes

Employees are treated like labours. No appreciation, no rewards, no fun. Office environment is very strict (even worst than a school). Employees not allowed to use lifts, talk to each other, use mobile phones, no fun at work and very dull work environment. Strict dress code policy, no fun events or any other employees engaging activities conducted by Lambda.

Hectic and boring. The best part is it's hectic so your days are spent easily because office is so boring that you can't survive if you don't have any work in hand.
