There is nothing to like about this company . You are ruining your career if you join here .If you want to see drama, politics ,different ways how so called managers torture you please join here .

HR-Manipulative, very much interested in knowing what is happening in your personal lives ,too much micromanagement , no improvement in recruiting procedure ,no ideas of their own ,Management driven Hr ,policies are torturing .Leave policy specially , the team works on how to torture employee rather than making it better . Admin-Very good at drama ,Buses never leave on time as per their convenience they ask the bus to leave , receptionist is ready to fight and spread rumors about you ,basically behavior is very rude and attitude like the street vendor ladies who are at least way better .She has audacity to do so because of admin head who always hides her mistake . Formulation -The head is fooled here by AVP and project management .AVP is an excellent leader to its team but PM GM is a joke . He has abilities to take credit for someone else work . Quality has no say here and management decides to act blind .shortcuts ,nongmp is a part of daily life of biophore formulation team API-They never get anything right such unskilled ,uneducated reference ppl are hired .Ideas are not welcomed and delivery is never on time .Big mouth big talks groung reality is zero. They have to check tiffin boxes like you do it in school ,as if they are doing some Nasa level research in office.
