Do not respect employees to complete the tenure who is very is close to retirement and asking to leave just for 11 months to complete after spending contributing 13 years on my life to Biocon. Top Management after 2020 is very poor and has no ideal of Business Sense.

Most of the people leading functions are not qualified to handle that role and lack skill sets required for the role assigned.
