The stipend offered is very, very poor. Being a big pharma company, compensation for interns with even PG degree is not satisfactory. I request them to increase the pay scale for interns at least from good institutions in India so that they can at least take care of their daily needs. Freshers with good academic qualifications, skills and expertise don't deserve a stipend of 15k. I hope this message reaches any of the high authorities and they revise their intern pay at least for the next batch of interns....Read More

I'll give one suggestion to every candidate if they want to join Biocon Biologics. If you want to join this worst company firstly as an intern be ready to face the restricted person the hiring managers doesn't involve the interns in any of the project...... They just want a strong reference if they are hiring you as an employee. The candidates with talent Hiring managers doesn't give a shit they just do a formality of interviewing the candidate because thay want to add in their so called audit reports so....
