Bad Culture. Too much Politics and Bias in Performance Evaluation. Do not respect employees to complete the tenure who is very is close to retirement and asking to leave just for 11 months to complete after spending contributing 13 years on my life to Biocon. Top Management after 2020 is very poor and has no ideal of Business Sense.

Typical Indian MNC culture of Ji Huzuri, old lot not ready for change, few people are stronger than their job positions, they do not want to grow or take responsibility and hinder others work as well.

Worst work culture, shouting bosses, no clarity on deliverables. Dummy HR guys, who never hesitate to remove people based on one email from L+1. Worst company wrt to job security. Most of the people leading functions are not qualified to handle that role and lack skill sets required for the role assigned.
