"door k dhol suhaane lagte hai..." One of the worst experience working with this big name company. Major focus of this company is in document collection from employee & no proper recruitment planning. Once they take you take you, then decide where to plant you & HR policies are not employee friendly. No planned recruitment. No proper induction. Worst HR manpower & worst employee treatment to new employees. They just show they care for their employees & do all the circus in the world to show they care for employees, but nothing like that. Bad Culture. Too much Politics and Bias in Performance Evaluation. Do not respect employees to complete the tenure who is very is close to retirement and asking to leave just for 11 months to complete after spending contributing 13 years on my life to Biocon. Top Management after 2020 is very poor and has no ideal of Business Sense.

Worst work culture, shouting bosses, no clarity on deliverables. Dummy HR guys, who never hesitate to remove people based on one email from L+1. Worst company wrt to job security. Most of the people leading functions are not qualified to handle that role and lack skill sets required for the role assigned.
