The company still follows culture like govt offices, doesn't suit a fast growing startup. Promotions are given based on tenurity, highly short staffed and messy. They will teach you how a good lesson in how to sustain in a bad corporate world where you will hear bad words from your customers but still you have to be patient enough bcoz the company has looted all of their money and with that money only they r giving u the salary so just have to keep ur mouth shut and listen to abuses of the client

My colleagues were really helpful in my initial days and my supervisors Prashant and Sasi.. are very supportive as well as understanding. I never had a trouble in communicating with the people around. Work environment is really good.

Dislikes

I have no problem working on weekends but then I would prefer Sunday fixed off for all the staff as the work load is less on Sundays. ;)

There’s no such perks to enjoy and some people are too much into office politics, they change policies whenever they want. Not a good place to start your career even their customers are also not satisfied only 9-10% out of 100% is happy with service and product

no work life balance. Here are some stupid seniors who treat people like dog and dog like people. Recently fired alot of people due to bad financial management, specially Ops and Tech, who worked whole day and night for straight 1 month to make new products(including saturday ) and later while firing some of them, the CEO called the fired people as “low performers” in our team meets.
