Your Delhi sale's head Mr. Anmol jaiswal is not a good man ...He don't have manner how to talk with the employee's of the organization. He always ask to give resignation and use abusive language and I have the call recording as well. Last year 2019 in December- January he ordered us not to leave the field even in cold till 11:30 pm in night. I have also the screenshot of the message as well. During the pandemic in the month of February I give my resignation because he always create pressure on me to give the resignation... I had already sent the mail to higher authority like your Delhi city Head-Mr.Tenzin,Delhi HR-Mr.Akhilesh,RBH-MR.Megh purohit, but no one ask me to come in my office and ask what are the problems you are facing in the organization. During Mr.Mukesh Gugde(former sales head-Delhi), everything is fine,even all the employees are work on time and he never ask a single employee to give resignation. But this man always try to establish a dictator rule.
