The work pressure is insane. Managers are rude and inexperienced. It’s not possible to strike a work life balance here. The work is dated and mundane. The salary is not up to industry standards. There is absolutely no incentive for employees to remain in the company.

The overall organization culture value and work life balance is very good. Independently work here with the challenges . Leadership play very supportive role to each of the subordinates to overcome the challenge and focus on the growth.

after the year of 2023 corporate politics are high don't have job security and only politics guys are leading regions, and they are promoting and taking their own team without any reason the old employees were thrown with political games.
