There are no presser during work period. You can do several experiment . You can develop your knowledge .

Dislikes

In Bhushan power and steel the growth rate is very slow. There is no appreciation when you do work for betterment of company. But if small mistake happy then u may lost your job

Work Details

As am working in oxygen plant and as a production engineer we have to maintain the quality as well as quantity. We have to maintain the pressure and flow for the costmor end

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
