The whole company Sale sale sale only sale is the only option and even if it is raining they'll definitely send you outside for sales. And if you got sick and inform any of your senior they say you can sick any time but can't do sales please come on field

Some Stores Managers are very supportive and help in developing skills to achieve targets but some are awful and terrible, they just act as a pressure builder rather than a problem solver. Yea it's true for knowing how sales, service and how business stuff works, it's good but I would request Airtel to train their Store Managers sufficient enough to lead by example rather than pushing their employees infront!!!
