There is no promotion in last five year of job period . After completing 5 year of service but no gratuity . Not good appraisal only 600 1000 rupee appraisal per year

Bhot jldi dubegi ye airtel unke work culture aur jo gawar ko wo higher kar rhe h as zonal manager and circle manager sb k sb gawar bat krne ki tameez ni or yhi log le dubege es company ko ..na ane ka time na jane ka time na salary achi na koi promotion upr se work pressure Etta usme Sunday tk ki chhutti ni h.
