1. No fixed working hours, hence if I am done with work can leave. 2. Multiple events 3. Annual Leave count is higher than most of the MNCs.

After I met with an accident, the then H.R. Manager was very good, but then, I don't know what happened to Him. His replacement was the most terrible person that I had met, like Ever! As we know Airtel is a big brand in pan india. It helps to learn a lot in technology and products. It gives a platform to learn and grow.

According to my experience in Airtel, managers should be cooperative and do not apply partiality in work. In Gurgaon all managers are supporting to only known/neighbours state employees it shows in their way of working. Work culture is very bad due to these manager. They intentionally giving bad rating to others state employee and don't want to do better...
