While I’ve appreciated my time at Airtel, one challenge I've encountered is balancing the fast-paced environment with the need for more streamlined communication across departments. Sometimes, this can slow down decision-making or create bottlenecks. However, it's also an opportunity to develop better strategies for improving efficiency and collaboration

Entertaining and developing the skills work place was also good but the salary was very low and company culture was very weak

If you are in sales youll be threatened amlost everyday to leave job its like the most pressuring thing. And your seniors will be okay with you until you resign seen in many cases even mine as you resign the management completely changes thier behaviour towards even in notice period only.

Actually airtel work culture was good before Jio launch. One is feeling empowered and giving his or her best.

afterwards airtel work culture deteriorating day by day, my RM was favouring DR those are buttering him, in return they're getting benefits. moreover he himself getting favour from CTO airtel and got promotion. This is the ground realities, take it as genuine feedback.

I was working in airtel as my payroll company deployed me as a L1 Network engineer . The atmosphere was Okay Okay but for the non payroll engineer there was no such facilities like on roll employees and for the off roll there is 6 days working. No increment for off roll employee.

1. No fixed working hours, hence if I am done with work can leave. 2. Multiple events 3. Annual Leave count is higher than most of the MNCs.

1. No training support. 2. Induction is also not good. 3. Inside office politics in regional office. 4. NOT a CORPORATE setup. 5. If you are done with work you can go home, but people with come upfront say things like "half day?" or giving looks.

Terrible Management, Top management will use the Foul language. After escalating to Central HR head. A formal discussion happened with local HR and then Boss started targeting me and kept in PIP along with HR. After sending email to chairman and HR -VP their is no use.

Politics, HR team is Partial, they do not respond properly. Salaries are very less. Even HR recruits people and due to the Brand name hires employees at negative hikes. They dont care for career and growth of employees. Even functional heads are DGM -17 yrs of exp and just Diploma holders having no knowledge.
