My manager is so bad she will give target you have to complete that target if you not complete that target you have to wait for 9.30 pm till my manager has caste feeling she will take money from every employee who get incentive on percentage she will get free opts number my zonal manager give to her opts number but she take money from every employee

HR will say it's hybrid but after you join Airtel you got scam because some teams are not providing work from home even if you will be emergency situations or sick. Lots of micro management toxic leaders in team. Pune location food quality also worst. Lots of toxic work culture are there special in digital business information and security teams. The CEO is a shrewd woman who has no respect for any employee. She will make your life miserable so either you will quit on your own or if not then she will fire you if you don’t become her servant.

No regard for any employee. They mistreat you shout at you irrespective of your performance. High attrition in this company because of this reason. Employees are afraid of the CEO and will not speak against her no matter how she behaves.

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.
