It's not use no matter how hard you work they will recruit only ladies and no support for hardworkers for apprentices for next role promotions after you completed a term of work. Very slow career growth & reservation for promotions. Less increments. Increments will never beat inflation. CTC 12LPA but take home including all allowances is around 55k per month. Increment per year is Rs. 1200 + DA of Rs.2000. Old fashioned work culture, no mobile phone or internet is allowed inside. Very difficult to bring even a small change in work procedure & culture.
