Actually I'm working at production department that's good. And my teammates are cooperate with me in work. Really I am learning about heattreatmeny and metals. Before coming of industry I don't know about that topics. Now am perfect about heat treatment and spot welding and what is production. How it's processes. And how can handle work in any difficult situation. I thing some times engineers are also behave like a worker I'm learning in my industry. Industry environment also good. Really some days am working at CNC why because production target not reached approximately difefce of 10 days. That 10 days work am completed with in 3 working days. I am giving pretence to time. In any situation any problem I can face but I can do what I'm decided. And in that company work pressure is less and freely move the employes with me. That's it....Read More

Everything is good but problem with safety. Safety equipments are there but that much of preference not giving. And I thing respectfully told that giving work of his/her apprentice trade work. That's better.

Bharath Dynamics limited company is manufacturing the guided missiles like AKASH,MILAN,NAG....etc.which teach us how technology will develop so far and many technical things learn from the DGM , AGM and employees.nature of work excellent than compared to other companies.

I worked there as a quality control. I worked under the cnc machines i m very challenging to do work.

I work under the department of Akash missile in QualityControl section it is a great experience of working there and I have learnt about the different types of mechanical guages which we use for the checking of components and while assembly of the missile.

There will be extra hours for us because of heavy production of the Akash missile

It's a missile manufacturing company missiles like Milan 2t,Akash,nag,torpedo's,pruthvi, LR Sam etc will be manufactured in this company. It is great working in Bharath dynamics limited. And my work is to check the missile components through guages
