I is good for freshers who is fresh out of school but I wouldn't recommend for people who have been out of the college for a considerable amount of time. Real work designation in a private company will help you learn more and refine your skill sets more. People here are friendly though.

Very slow career growth & reservation for promotions. Less increments. Increments will never beat inflation. CTC 12LPA but take home including all allowances is around 55k per month. Increment per year is Rs. 1200 + DA of Rs.2000. Old fashioned work culture, no mobile phone or internet is allowed inside. Very difficult to bring even a small change in work procedure & culture.
