Company is good but the work environment process procedures are worst.

Dislikes

1.Work hours terrible.company is far away 45kms from city. Boss wants to work us for late hours. 2.3years agreement with so many conditions. 3.CTC what they offer will be min 1lac differ from our take home.somany deductions as company benifits like canteen, bus, etc. Whether you use or not they will deduct from our ctc. 4.No respectto an employee from gate security onwards employee does have any respect whatever their designation. 5.salary will be paid on every month 4th or 5th only. Finally nothing to learn new. Humble suggestion to new joinees is if you dont have any other option you may proceed. If any one having a good job does loose that. Company offers good package on papers but not practically. Once we join we will came to know what we loose in our life. Dont waste your valuable career. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
