Still in 2022 all HOD's mindsets are working with 1990's mindset. Worst HR & Finance department policies. No appraisals on time if given also in the instalment basis only to retain the employees. Harrasment at the time of releaving. No recognition, respect to employees. No mobiles are allowed. Ctc shown will be more but gross salarywill be vey less. There may be 80k to 1lakh variation. No proper policies & procedures in finance dept. CFO Treats all finance team as waste fellows and always commenting. Due to his old age & absent mindness his inefficiency in decision making and failure will be thrown on team,degrading them in front of all others. selfish appraisal procedure. Finance people don't waste your career by entering into BBIL. No family no friends nothing, even your subject knowledge every thing will be vanished....Read More
