I loved the fact that my job was 100% secured at bharat bijlee, their HT policies are quite strong .

I think this place would have been great if they had good strategic planning in every domain , they actually load a single person with tremendous work, also your access to the hugher authorities of the conpany is limited you always have to go through your superiors which I think is not followed in many companies. Its difficult to manage your personal life while working at bharat bijlee. Aditionally they should make it a 5 week working instead of 6 and also calls on sundays....Read More
