Do not join this organization. They all just lie from CEO to manager. All of them are egoistic the managers, lead trainers , qc people. Management is poor. They hired bunch of inexperienced people and claim to be a successful edtech, their whole system is error prone. They are looting people in the name of speed maths. The content is poor and got no relevance to maths. Even parents find the content disgusting. All parents talk very rudely with teachers because bhanzu team doesn't take accountability of their poor content and management. Salary is less and variable per hour still you can't give slots according to your availability. They are deducting penalties from Salary sometimes without genuine reason and then will give you back in months. The quality check team is worst and biased. They give incentives to almost same people every month also this qc team is very unprofessional, rude and torturous. They just need a reality check. Variable pay unnecessary penalty Correct salary is not dispatched every month Useless HR team You are only in contact with your RM who never responds and acts like PM of India... Every person has high level of attitude who treats you like bonded labor.

Work Life : As a trainer, it is a good organization that gives a decent platform to teach online and also teach students abroad. A very innovative approach to math is being adapted and as a trainer it is so much fun to teach. A trainer who wants to make a difference in the learning of his/her student will find Bhanzu a great placeto work. Curriculum: There is a set curriculum but again creative freedom is given. We go through an intensive training program. The curriculum is constantly updated owing to the needs of the learner. Constant feedback is given. Salary and perks: The package is quiet decent. Work life: I take an average of 6-7 classes everyday. They are trying to make it so that we do not have more than 3 consecutive one hour classes, but again bringing in some policies that says a trainer can take 4 consecutive classes - conditions apply. 6-days working is a huge pain. As this is a work from home set up, we trainers feel isolated. Just talking to students throughout the day. There is little to no chance of experiencing the company culture. I guess this is a part of being a remote trainer irrespective of where we work. Feels like there is no proper hierarchy. Our managers most of the times have no clue what we do and the protocol of things done. Salary and Perks : While the management has promised good incentives based on conversions, renewals, performance etc., there is no proper system to it yet. If there is, we trainers have no clue about it and that creates a lot of confusion and conflict of interest. There are a lot of inconsistencies in how the performance is reviewed and incentivized. There is no proper recognition given to all the trainers. Biased preference is seen prominently. Customer Experience: Customer service is not yet up to the mark. Again as a trainer I am the easy point of contact to the parents, there are constant complaints of the service teams' no response. But definitely better than before. This is a relatively new company. A lot of changes and improvements have been implemented since my date of joining. And of course all of them have made my experience better with students. Everyone in the Management, Core-team is very serious about making Bhanzu the next big thing and are actively taking suggestions from everyone inside. Fraud company, I will tell you their pattern! 1. Invest a lot of money in advertising and marketing! get kids by sales team and demo by poor trainers who have no choice! Dear parents, be careful, these people speak lies and fake promises and ignore after sales. Dear Trainers, do not give your loyalty to this fraud company as they misuse you. 2. While hiring they create hopes, they say you are the employee of the company! BUT DO YOU WORK IN A COMPANY WHICH DONT GIVE YOU EXPIREANCE LETTER? YES, this is how this company cheated many trainers saying that you as a VENDOR employee in the end! (it means you are not officially the employee but third party!) 3. Too much work pressure and penalties for their mistakes 4. Curriculum of Bhanzu is not prepared by so called NILAKANTA BHANU, but by immature curriculum team. They attribute it to Bhanu! They plagiarizes the work of others too! 5. Salary is not fixed but keeps changing just like Tuglaq dynasty. 6. The freedom they gave in the organisation and work culture is amazing. I worked as a sales manager in renewal team under Aniket. It was a memorable period of my career,where I was given opportunities to learn inside about customer handling, renewals, upselling, and training sales Managers. I spend almost 1 year there and now workingin UAE. The experience I had is phenomenal and the people over there are amazing. This is really not a company to work with. They show you starbursts in the beginning, right after training things change. They will provide chum change in exchange for a salary if you fail your OJT. This is not conveyed by the HR in the beginning. They have no procedures for anything regarding with the HR. No support from the training team. No support from the quality team. There are no audits or further support that can be provided for the improvement of advisors. Everything is very fake. No work life balance. They make you work for 12hrs to 14hrs straight for weeks without providing any weekly offs. They don’t even let you take breaks during working hours. Only meetings in morning shifts, day ends without any positive conversations. Micromanagement is pathetic. No support from managers, TL’s are more like jailers who only can see through numbers. They ask to avoid any funerals but to work on the same day. TL’s are not supportive at all. Not qualified for a role of an advisor. No work strategies. TL’s are gender biased. I’ve had an excellent experience in working as Business Development Associate ( BDA ) at Bhanzu. The company provides a supportive and dynamic growth for the employees. The leadership team is approachable and truly values employee input.

Dislikes

The team is incredibly supportive and the collaborative atmosphere fosters growth. However, I do wish there were more flexibility around leave, as having that balance would enhance our over well-being. Despite this, I great ful to be part of such an innovative company and look forward to contributing even more!
