There is no job security at all. Work culture is as like as 19th century. Dominated by senior. Management is like a house , not like a limited company. Company culture is also not well, as insurance premiums you have to pay 50% which will be deducted from your salary. Less coverage amount. If you work or not you have to oiling your boss.
Dislikes
Working time is more than 12 hours. Even you have to work on Sunday. Only south Indian are good performers as per management view as they give information to their godfather seating at ho . There's a policy to declare every year a best performer who gets monetary benefits. Every year only south Indian gets the chance.
