Work culture is good but job security is poor. Company Policies are also good for HO Role

Salary Incriment are desent but carrier growth is best. There is a bond of 1 years before which you can not Resign.

it is one of companies in EPC who follows basics right in every aspect of work.once the basics are respected,balance work will automatically move smoothly.

I am working with this organization since last 2 year. I have gained good experiance with teammatesand i havn't facing any polictics between teammates and seniors also finally I am saying overall experiance is satisfactory.

I am working with this organization since last 2 years. I am not gaining any increment or appraisal. I am a site appointment staff, I am trying very hard for working on payroll basis. But I have not seen any chance working as a H.O. basis Employee for job the security of job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
