The fact that its not a continues,we run out of work when we out of contract and it takes some montths to start working again

In fact, my dislikes about the company are that It lacks Job security, It rarely create opportunities for career growth especially at the senior staff level, unless you create time and develop your self. Management most times do not honor safety advise unless incident occurs. salary increment and growth is very slow, hence it create room for poor work satisfaction.

Actually my job is demanding due to its nature as a seismic company where one has to use the day hours to attend to client demands, supervise camp and field HSE activities and use part of the Night hours to write reports, conduct meetings and trainings.

It is a highly tasking job as i'm incharge of field acquisition design using MESA, collation of drilling operation data. I as well take part in the on site QA/QC of acquired seismic data using Geo-East and Vista Processing software. i also do daily report

It was great working at BGP-CNPC. I met excellent people and teammates who crave for quality jobs. I wish to go back to the company to work again on a higher ground cos I have had wealth of experience that I would want to share with them.

Dislikes

I worked in BGP-CNPC with all my might and best. Of a truth they made me who I am today. But what I dislike there is the job security. There's no job security and by that every body is being treated and regarded as a casual worker. Once the job ends, you're going home with nothing.
