There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Rather than focusing on main problem, management is doing micro management. They use abusive language. They can fire any employee without prior notice. So no job security is there. Only 5 holidays are there in 1 year. They had introduced mobile ban policy in the office. They banned mobile of office staff at office. But later they allowed mobile to some employees as per MD's preference. Which was totally biased. Its 2023 and they are living in the mentally of 2008. They give warning letters for some small things too. Even for bringing mobile in the company. If any of your family members has been admitted in the hospital then also management not allowed you your mobile for temporary time. Management always brings new policies to harass the employees.
