Growth is slow. The work hours are fixed. Sometimes you have come to the office even in your off days. Managers do not appreciate you work even if you are working 14 hour straight. There is no fixed period for fresher. Most of the time i have to trained them, which is very frustrating.

Work Details

Handle customer inquiries, Process payrolls, Scheduling, Handle Complaints, Billing Question and Payment, Extension/Service Request. Interface daily and internal partner in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
