Salaries does not get credited on time mostly all the months, attrition is high. There is no clear fore-site as to when the DTH project is getting launched, as it has been differed at least 4 to 5 times over the last 8 months. There is no HR Policy for employee hiring , thus luring different probables with different proposals. Handling Marketing activity. Just Boring as of now since the time I joined, as there is not enough activity to do. The company is not allowing any travel as they do not have any travel policy in place, and also cost control.
