Since the project is postponed , there is no adequate engagement of employees and thus employees have work life balance. Till date no motivating activity can be recalled. Salaries does not get credited on time mostly all the months, attrition is high. There is no clear fore-site as to when the DTH project is getting launched, as it has been differed at least 4 to 5 times over the last 8 months. There is no HR Policy for employee hiring , thus luring different probables with different proposals. Handling Marketing activity. Just Boring as of now since the time I joined, as there is not enough activity to do. The company is not allowing any travel as they do not have any travel policy in place, and also cost control.
