The company is a manufacturer of drugs & medicine including hormone which supplies to govt hospital and local market of various district of West Bengal through distributor and own marketing team. Every staff, worker along with field staff of the company work as a team.

Insufficient manpower in production, q.c. and field staff. non replacement of old machinery, inability to start hormone production in large scale.
