There is nothing good to work here. Technical Manager do not have skills at all. Operation team is worst and do not know ethics and industry standards. God bless Beta CAE System India.

Worst Management. No job security. No scope to learn other tools. No work life balance. For support not enough facilities. Managers do not have enough skills.

Likes

Good overseas company with Great brand & trusted clientele. Work at other overseas location is good, but not in India

Dislikes

Management is terrible headed by negative minded CEO. Technical manager doesn't even have skills of a lead engineer and lacks professional ethics. Not recommended.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
