Very pathetic work culture in bihar.....no work life balance even if you do all your targets...u have to sit on most of the Sundays and till 12 at night....company doesn't pay as they show you in ctc....very pathetic work experience and work culture

I used to get Salary on the last day of every month. Full credit to company top Management & HR Department.

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
