The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing good. Worst culture in the office. Internal politics.

People in this company is not less than a painter. We lose our self respect while visiting customers at their homes as a customer executive and they treat us as we are illiterate painters even after completing MBA.
Boss is very rude and uses slang words in the workplace which is not at all acceptable and tolerable.
Telecallers in the company are even more oversmart and rude than the boss who provides new assigned leads to us for customer home visit.
They all don't have any faith towards customer executives and always thinks that we waste time and enjoy outside while doing field duty<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is not always on time</mark>. It comes on 2nd week of the month. Company does not have any motivating factor as they hires Customer executives on 3rd party payroll basis means we are not the full time employees and hence no ID Card provided, no salary slips.Salary is not directly paid by Berger but paid by the 3rd party company. Therefore NO JOB SECURITY. Life at Berger is not even less than Hell. I hope Hell is much peaceful than Berger Office.
Work Responsibilities are a mixture of calling around 200 painters on daily basis plus meeting customers at home, explaining products, selling tools to painters by buttering, attending site complaints by customers,meeting painters on daily basis for buttering them so that they use Berger Paints and tells the customers positively about Berger and also getting new leads from them. Afterall they provide very very less salary of Rs 21K only....Read More

Pathetic ! Boss is not interested for providing training. He only wants to go for site visit and convert the leads by fooling the customers. Lot of internal politics.
