VERY POOR JOB SECURITY. One can get laid off any time especially if you are from client/outsourcing teams. They will lure you telling about the great work culture they offer, but once you join here you will see the dark side. Pathetic learning opportunities. Company gives zero value to upskilling .

You get to work in a relaxed working environment, without any impossible deadlines. There is no overtime working, also work hours are flexible. You get to work along with German clients and maybe visit Germany sometimes.

Dislikes

If your client ends the project/contract with Beo, you will be out of the job. This can happen at any time. If there are suitable vacancies in other teams they try to move you there. They could definitely improve work environment especially keyboard and chairs.

The best thing about the company is working in an international atmosphere. The management is very friendly and cooperative. The policies are also employee-friendly and followable.

Dislikes

The company should improve its infrastructure. There are some space constraints, especially in the cafeteria. Hope it will get better in the future.

I like everything about this company, mainly working with German clients. They are very friendly and cooperative. We can upskill a lot and there are opportunities to learn and excel. There is no micromanagement which is great. Everyone are given equal importance.
